<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage underfloor space ventilation method of a rising section of a foundation including a circular tube for a ventilation hole, a form therefor and a truss reinforcing bar arrangement for reducing time and labor of construction work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An engagement tool is engaged with the circular tube for a ventilation hole, and the engagement tool is engaged with a reinforcing bar arrangement. Ready-mixed concrete is cast. Then, the engagement tool is removed, and a circular tube form 1 for a ventilation hole can be removed.
