PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure the flow rate of cooling water while preventing fracture even when forming a cool pipe with a metal material with high heat conductivity. SOLUTION: The magnetic field generation coil device includes: main coils 41, 42 and 43 and active shield coils 44, 45 and 46 for generating a magnetic field within a prescribed region; a cool pipe 47 for cooling water distribution formed of a copper material; a resin 51 for sealing the main coils 41, 42 and 43, the active shield coils 44, 45 and 46 and the cool pipe 47; and an adhesion preventing material 48 applied to the surface of the cool pipe 47 for lowering affinity with the resin 51.
