<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric sheet for preventing exfoliation of concrete, which enables the inside of the fiber void of the nonwoven fabric sheet to be properly impregnated with an uncured resin, and which can achieve a required repairing effect by turning the nonwoven fabric sheet into a fiber-reinforced rigid plate by thermal cure etc., and firmly sticking the nonwoven fabric sheet on a concrete surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric sheet for preventing the exfoliation of the concrete has a structure in which a nonwoven fabric sheet 1 made of synthetic resin fibers 1a is impregnated with the uncured resin 2 of an ultraviolet curing resin, a thermosetting resin or a moisture curing resin, and in which protective release sheets 3 and 4 are stuck on the surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet 1 impregnated with the uncured resin 2.
