PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation for treating cancer, metastasis, nervous system disorders or immune suppression. SOLUTION: Using at least one oligonucleotide with a length of from about 8 to about 30 nucleotide building blocks for prevention and/or treatment of a disorder that is modulated by TGF-β2, TGF-β1, TGF-β3, VEGF, interleukin-10, c-jun, c-fos and/or prostaglandin E2 in a mammal, in detail, for manufacturing the pharmaceutical preparation for treating cancer, metastasis, nervous system disorders or immune suppression, the oligonucleotide hybridizes with a messenger RNA of TBF-β2, TGF-β1, TGF-β3, VEGF, interleukin-10, c-jun, c-fos and/or prostaglandin E2 gene, and the preparation includes the oligonucleotide in concentration of about 1μM to about 25μM.
