<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff member for freely positioning a living body insertion body and the cuff member, and to provide a cuff member unit using the cuff member. <P>SOLUTION: The cuff member 1 includes: a flange 3; and a cylindrical part 4 erected from one surface of the flange 3. The flange 3 and the cylindrical part 4 include slits 2 along a through-hole 5 for putting the living body insertion body (a drive line 6) through.
