<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head, a liquid injection device and an actuator device, capable of enhancing a displacement characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid injection head includes: a flow channel forming substrate formed with a pressure generation chamber communicated with a nozzle opening for injecting a liquid droplet; and a piezoelectric element 300 including the first electrode 60, a piezoelectric substance layer 70 formed on the first electrode 60, and the second electrode 80 formed in an opposite side opposite to the first electrode 60 in the piezoelectric substance layer 70, and generating pressure in the pressure generation chamber, to deliver the liquid droplet from the nozzle opening. An internal electromagnetic field of the piezoelectric substance layer 70 is shifted to a first electrode 60 side or a second electrode 80 side, in the condition where no voltage is impressed to the first electrode 60 and the second electrode 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
