PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pure nickel sheet having excellent shape stability while maintaining its moderate mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The pure nickel sheet has a Vickers hardness HV 0.3 in the range of 100 to 200, and, in which a ratio of tensile strength T.S. in a tensile test to 0.2% proof stress Y.S., R(=T.S./Y.S.) satisfies the conditions in inequality; R>3.0-0.01×HV0.3.
