PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently notify a driver of a vehicle of information necessary for the driver at first in superposition notification and concurrent notification of various kinds of versatile information to be notified to the driver. SOLUTION: An information notification method determining section 11e determines a method of notification of information to be output to a display section 17a and/or a sound output section 17b on the basis of determination results of a notification information kind determining section 11b, a traveling condition determining section 11c and an in-vehicle device operating condition determining section 11d. In one sample of the notification method, providing type notification information in no relation to a vehicle 1 is displayed in a detail display mode on a display section 17a only during stopping of the vehicle, but is not displayed thereon during traveling of the vehicle. While replay sound is output from a sound output section 17b by replaying of an audio device 16, notification by sound is not performed even when the providing type notification information is notification information with sound. When traveling related notification information in relation to driving of the vehicle 1 is notification information with sound, the output of the replay sound from the sound output section 17b is interrupted and the notification by sound is performed.
