<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is environmentally-friendly and excellent in flexibility, a method for producing the same, and a molded article obtained from the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The resin composition contains an aliphatic polyester resin (A), amorphous thermoplastic resin (B), and epoxy group-containing graft polymer (C). In the resin composition, a mass ratio (A/B) of (A) and (B) is 10/90-90/10, a content of (C) is 0.5-30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of a total of (A) and (B), and (C) has two or more side chains.
