PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic that can impart a smooth touch without a dry feeling to the skin while ensuring fluent slipping properties without stickiness and shining and is excellent in persistency of such touch-enhancing effects. SOLUTION: The emulsified cosmetic includes a spherical crosslinked (meth)acrylic ester resin powder having a compression strength of 0.7-10 kgf/mm<SP>2</SP>obtained by the test method below and the formula: compression strength (kgf/mm<SP>2</SP>)=2.8×load (kgf)/äπ×particle size (mm)×particle size (mm)}. The compression strength is the value calculated according to the formula above based on the load and the particle size at the time when the particle size is distorted by 10% in the compression test of the resin particle and is measured at 25°C.
