PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an elastomer from undergoing deterioration in quality due to heat load by efficiently releasing the heat generated in association with the internal damping effect of a damper rubber for generated vibrations through sufficient exertion of the cooling effect. SOLUTION: A damper includes an annular mass 3 coupled with a hub 1 through the damper rubber 2, and is equipped with a hub side fin 11 installed on the side face of the hub 1 and a mass side fin 31 installed on the side face of the mass 3.
