摘要 The present invention relates to a cheese ball for use in bibimbap and to a preparation method thereof, enabling people preferring rice over noodles or bread to have a meal in a convenient manner, and eliminating the need for preparing side dishes. The cheese ball for use in bibimbap according to the present invention is constituted by solid vegetables and meat which are minced and formed into a sauce together with all sorts of spices. The cheese ball of the present invention has an outer surface made of a cheese layer having a thickness of at least 1mm or more, and has a relatively flat shape. The method for preparing the cheese ball for use in bibimbap according to the present invention comprises: a solid ingredient cooking step of mincing vegetables and meat and adding spices to the minced vegetables and meat; a mixing step of mixing the cooked solid ingredients and a liquid sauce; a molding step of pouring the mixed sauce into a mold having a predetermined shape, and freezing the poured mixed sauce; a cheese layer forming step of applying cheese to the outer surface of the molded sauce up to a predetermined thickness to form a cheese layer; and a packing step of packing the product when the cheese layer is hardened by the frozen sauce. The method is performed by executing the above-described sequential steps.
