The carrier (10) has an information carrier layer comprising two recesses (14), where one of the recesses is covered when the information carrier layer and another two information carrier layers (11) are displaced relative to each other around an eccentric joint (22) in to a position. The recess releases a view of a data field of one of the information carrier layer when another information carrier layer is displaced relative to the third information carrier layer, which is displaced in the position, around the eccentric joint in to another non-congruent position.
