#CMT# #/CMT# The central part (100) has a calorific value boiler (20) and an internal unit (40) of a heating pump e.g. air/water heating pump arranged in a housing (10), where a buffer storage tank is not provided within the housing. The calorific value boiler is provided with a heating boiler (21) e.g. oil, gas or solid matter heating boiler, with a burner (211) and a burner chamber (212) and a heat exchanger (22), where a body of the heating boiler is formed from cast iron.
