PURPOSE: In order to have the pole anisotropy the magnetization method of the magnet for the speed sensor makes the magnet used for the velocity of car sensor the magnetization. Performance and durability of the speed sensor can be improved. CONSTITUTION: A magnet(110) is installed inside the metal case of circular. Magnet is formed through the injection molding using the mold base(160) in which a plurality of magnetic members is arranged into the suitable form. With completing the injection molding of magnet, the magnetization process of magnetizing so that a magnet the magnetism is advanced. |
