The component has a set of electrically conductive strip electrodes (12) with a longitudinal axis running perpendicular to the width extension of the strip electrodes, so that the thickness of the strip electrodes increases or decreases along the longitudinal axis. The strip electrodes are formed of an electrically conductive material, where electrical conductivity of the electrodes increases or decreases along the longitudinal axis. A side of the strip electrodes aligns with the surface of a subsequent layer of the electronic component. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an electronic component.
