The radome surface (10) has a layer (12) made of semiconductor, where another layer (14) is provided, which is made of an electric insulator. A third layer (16) is provided, which is electrically conductive with certain surface resistance. An electric direct current voltage is applied between the former and the third layers in an operating condition. The former layer is made of silicon, germanium or gallium arsenide, where the latter layer is made of silicon oxide and the third layer is made of carbon.
