<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of equipment in a process of recovering a solvent from a conjugated diene and the decomposition of the solvent each caused by moisture, upon producing a conjugated diene by the catalytic oxidative dehydrogenation of a monoolefin. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing a conjugated diene includes the following processes (A) to (D). Process (A): a process of feeding a raw material gas comprising a 4C or higher monoolefin and a gas comprising molecular oxygen into a reactor and producing a gas comprising a corresponding conjugated diene formed by the oxidative dehydrogenation of the monoolefin in the presence of a catalyst, process (B): a process of cooling the product gas comprising the conjugated diene obtained in process (A), process (C): a process of dehydrating the gas cooled in process (B), and process (D): a process of causing the gas dehydrated in process (C) to contact with a solvent to recover the conjugated diene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
