<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air bubble from being generated in ink caused by a centrifugal process, a temperature change and the lapse of time, and to eliminate a problem caused by the generation of the air bubble, even in the lapse of long time. <P>SOLUTION: In this pen refill, a chip of a ball pen is provided in a chip of a joint, an ink storage tube is provided in a rear side, a chip ball is brought into close contact with an inner edge of a ball grasping part of the chip, by pressing a backface of the chip ball grasped rotatably to a chip part in a chip side of a coil spring inserted into the chip, the ink storage tube is filled with aqueous ink having a high viscosity statically although having a low viscosity basically, and having a so-called shearing reduction viscosity of reducing a viscosity by rotation of the chip ball in writing, so as to make the ink flow out, and a rear end of the ink is provided with a follower comprising a translucent a grease-like nondrying substance for following consumption of the ink, the joint is formed of a PP resin molding, and a protrusion and a groove are provided respectively in a joint chip hole inner circumference and a chip press-in part outer circumference, to be engaged each other therewith. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
