<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means suitable for culture of a large amount of spheroid having a uniform size by a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The method for spheroid culture includes a first step for injecting a suspension 30 of an adherent cell 31 to a spheroid culture container 10 having a plurality of cell-non-adherent recesses 20 having sloping surfaces 23 continued from a cell-non-adherent bottom surface 14 to lowest positions 22 in the gravity direction, and a second step for allowing the spheroid culture container 10 to stand still, to which the suspension 30 is injected, to form a spheroid 32 in the recesses 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
