<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage data in a storage device in which data can be rewritten after erasure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The storage device has: an allocation information storage part storing allocation information held in association with one or more storage areas of write sizes included in a storage area for data of management size, showing whether or not data are written in each storage area of the write size; a division use information storage part storing division use information held in association with storage areas of divided write size obtained by dividing the storage area of the writing size into a plurality of storage areas, including effectiveness of data of the storage area of each divided write size; and an address information storage part holding address information showing relation between logical identification information for identifying the location of data when a processor reads/writes the data from/into the storage device and the location of the data stored in the storage device.
