<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cassette without causing jam and a skew by dislocating a regulating member while adopting the regulating member superior in operability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sheet cassette can be installed in a device body, and has a sheet storage part for storing a sheet for supplying the sheet to the device body, a rear end regulating member 53 slidably arranged in the sheet storage part and regulating the movement of the sheet by abutting on an end of the sheet, and a slide lock means for locking the sliding movement of the rear end regulating member 53 when gripping the sheet cassette.
