<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle interior illumination lamp preventing design part from slipping down due to breakage on a coupling means or the like by improving coupling strength between a function part and the design part owing to the coupling means without increasing operation force. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first coupling means 21 couples the function part 11 and the design part 13 with a partition plate 3 interposed therebetween, and restricts the relative movement of the function part 11 and the design part 13 in the through-thickness direction of the partition plate 3. The first coupling means 21 establishes a coupled state without elastic dislocation in related portions by causing the function part 11 and the design part 13 faced to each other with the partition plate 3 interposed therebetween at a temporary face-to-face position to relatively move in the plane direction of the partition plate 3, thereby improving the coupling strength without increasing the operation force. When a second coupling means 31 is brought into a coupled state, the relative movement of the function part 11 and the design part 13 to the plane direction of the partition plate 3 is restricted to maintain the coupled state of the first coupling means 21.
