<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine capable of removing a cutting fluid and fine cut chips attaching around a spindle, to a liquid passage in the spindle or the like after a material is cut. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cutting machine 1 includes the spindle 11 rotatably pivoted to a spindle holder 14 of a machine body and having a liquid passage 13a inside for supplying the cutting fluid to a part to be cut of a material to be cut, a cutting fluid supply port 14f provided on the spindle holder for supplying the cutting fluid to the liquid passage of the spindle, and a cutting tool 19 having a liquid passage 19a inside, mounted on the spindle and connected with the liquid passage of the spindle for emitting the cutting fluid from a tip thereof to the worked part of the material 6 during the cutting. The cutting machine 1 includes a cutting fluid supply path 2 connected with the cutting fluid supply port for supplying the cutting fluid to the worked part, an air supply path 3 connected with the cutting fluid supply port for supplying compressed air for blowing off the cutting fluid and the cut chips attaching after the cutting, and a path changeover means 4 for selectively connecting one of the cutting fluid supply path and the air supply path to the cutting fluid supply port.
