<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved metallic tube member which is filled with resin inside a bending region and has enhanced strength to buckling and enhanced productivity, and to provide a method of manufacturing the curved metallic tube member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Foamed resin 31 which is filled up into the curved metallic tube member 30 has a low density part 31a and a high density part 31b and is arranged so that the high density part 31b is situated on the inside of bending and the low density part 31a on the outside of the bending. Resin having the low density foaming part 31a' and the high density foaming part 31b' is used as foaming resin 31' which becomes the foamed resin 31 by foaming. After arranging the foaming resin 31' in the inside of a bending-planned region 30Y' of a workpiece 30' in the bending step, the workpiece 30' is bent and simultaneously the foaming resin 31' is positioned so that the high density foaming part 31b' is situated on the inside of bending and the low density foaming part 31a' on the outside of bending.
