Producing a substance, which is added as granulate to the soil and composed of the basic components lignite and rock flour, comprises: crushing both the lignite and the rock flour components and other aggregates to dust grain size, which are weighed in a predetermined mixing ratios; initially mixing under addition of water without the rock flour components; powdering the mixed product with the rock flour components; granulating the total product; and filling in container after screening and drying the granules. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a soil additive for improving the physical characteristics of the soil, comprising the substance, where the basic components lignite and rock flour are mixed together in a ratio of 80-95-15-5%; and (2) a system (1) for carrying out the above process, comprising a mixing drum (2), a granulating drum (3), a filling station (4), bunkers for raw lignite, fly ash and mountain mud and a diabase flour bunker, where the bunkers are connected with a hammer beater mill, downstream conveyor scale and a screw-conveyor (13) and the mixing- and granulating drum, where the granulating drum has many powder addition funnels.
