A method for controlling enhanced uplink power is provided. The method comprises: when enhanced uplink access service is performed, user terminal maintains a closed loop power controlling Pe-base value for scheduled service and nonscheduled service transmitted on the same carrier resource; the Pe-base value is controlled by closed loop power controlling command when the scheduled service and the nonscheduled service on the carrier are transmitted. In the method, the Pe-base value is maintained simultaneously by the scheduled service and the nonscheduled service. Therefore the adaptive ability of the scheduled service to the link is greatly enhanced, and uplink interfere is reduced effectively and the transmission efficiency is improved.
