PURPOSE: A method for polarizing a transparent conductive oxide(TCO), an electronic device including the TCO and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce a voltage for driving a liquid crystal in order to increase the reaction speed of the liquid crystal by polarizing a part or whole of the TCO. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(50) and a second electrode(54) are formed on a substrate. A liquid crystal layer(52) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are composed of a TCO. A polarization voltage is formed in the first electrode or the second electrode. The first electrode is a pixel electrode which is connected to a thin film transistor. The second electrode is a common electrode.
