<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for facilitating communication regarding a fault of a house to make maintenance and repair efficient. <P>SOLUTION: A system includes a portable terminal and a server, wherein the portable terminal photographs an image of a fault part of the house, accepts input of a comment regarding the fault of the house by an operation of a user, transmits the comment and the image to the server as fault information, the server receives the fault information, transmits the fault information according to a request, and notifies a terminal of a person in charge corresponding to the fault information about the fault information by referring to a person in charge table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
