<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture substrate which can co-culture different kinds of cells coexisting in a living body tissue in a patterned state, is easy in patterning, can sufficiently hold the functions of the cultured cells, and enables the peeling of the cultured cells in a state holding the functions of the cells after cultured. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the cell culture substrate comprising a scaffolding containing at least one of polymers having abilities for taking in cell growth factors and at least one of temperature-responding polymers having light-responding groups and changing the cell adhesiveness of light-irradiated portions by the irradiation with light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
