<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste straw semiconductor structure having a simple structure for improving the efficiencies of both cleaning operation and maintenance operation of a main waste straw conveying device and an auxiliary waste straw conveying device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A waste straw frame 63 for supporting the main waste straw conveying device 61 and the auxiliary waste straw conveying device 62 is directly or indirectly supported on a machine body 2 so that at least a part of the waste straw frame is turned around a first turning shaft 65 arranged separately from a feed chain device 20 than the auxiliary waste straw conveying device 62 with respect to the direction of machine width. A waste straw cover 64 attached to the waste straw frame 63 so as to cover the upper sides of the main waste straw conveying device 61 and the auxiliary waste straw conveying device 62 is supported on the waste straw frame 63 so as to turn around a second turning shaft 66 arranged adjacently to the feed chain device 20 than the auxiliary waste straw conveying device 62 with respect to the direction of machine width.
