<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a towel processing machine automatically controllable by properly removing foreign matter, even if a diameter of a roller for removing the foreign matters is changed and adhesive strength of an adhesive layer is changed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This towel processing machine 1 includes a first foreign matter removing roller 12 for removing the foreign matter of one surface being the placing surface side of an expansively placed towel P, a carrying-in conveyor 13 arranged in close vicinity to the rear of the first foreign matter removing roller 12 and carrying the towel P placed on a belt, a carrier roller group RG for mutually arranging at least first and second carrier rollers 14 and 15 in parallel above the belt 13a of the carrying-in conveyor 13, a guiding wire 17 tensioned by closing in a ring shape on an outer peripheral surface of at least the first and second carrier rollers 14 and 15 of the carrier roller group RG, and a second foreign matter removing roller 18 arranged in the middle of the first and second carrier rollers 14 and 15 on the inside of the ring shape of the guiding wire 17 and removing the foreign matter of the other surface being the opposite side of a placing surface of the towel P.
