PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for manufacturing a touch panel having high display reliability, specifically, having high input reliability causing no input malfunction even under a high temperature and high humidity condition. SOLUTION: The composition contains a compound having a glycidiyl ether group and an alkoxysilyl group in the molecule thereof, an epoxy resin, a phenolic hardener and a filler, and contains 2-10 wt.% of a compound having a glycidyl ether group and an alkoxysilyl group and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 100-140°C after 60-minute curing at 150°C.
