Disclosed is an adjusting device (1) for laterally and vertically adjusting furniture or furniture parts, e.g. an adjusting device (1) for vertically adjusting a wardrobe, laterally aligning a front cover of a drawer or similar. Said adjusting device (1) comprises a substantially cylindrical driving part (2) and a bearing part (3) that is provided with a receiving bore (4) for the driving part (2). The driving part (2) and the receiving bore (4) are positively connected such that the driving part (2) is axially displaced relative to the bearing part (3) by rotating the driving part (2) about the longitudinal axis thereof. The circumference of the driving part (2) has at least one closed cam gear-type guiding groove (5) while at least one cam (7) that engages into said guiding groove (5) is provided in the area of the interior curve of the bearing bore (4). The guiding groove (7) extends in such a way that a full rotation of the driving part (2) causes a fully reversing axial displacement of the driving part (2) relative to the bearing part (3), thus allowing an adjustment to be made by exclusively rotating the driving part in one direction. |
