PURPOSE: A sliding device and a baby belt, a bag, and a belt backpack including the sliding device are provided to endure against a big weight, to be applied to the baby belt and bag due to soft material and to increase the safety of a baby when the sliding device is applied to the baby belt. CONSTITUTION: A sliding device(100) comprises: a zipper connecting member(111); a zipper portion(112) in which the zipper is combined with the zipper connecting member in series; and a slider(120) which is combined with the zipper portion and moves along the zipper portion. The slider includes: a slider body(121) which is combined with the zipper portion and moves along the zipper portion; and a slider connecting member(122) which is combined with the bottom of the slider body.
