PURPOSE: A dynamic channel information transmission device and a method thereof are provided to efficiently use the radio resource by dynamically assigning channel information. CONSTITUTION: A first CSI(Channel State Information) receiver(210) receives a first CSIs quantizing a wireless channel between terminals and a base station to a first quantization length from terminals. A quantization length decision unit(230) individually decides a second quantization length about a receiving terminal based on the first CSI. A quantization length transmission unit(240) transmits the second quantization length to corresponding receiving terminals. A second CSI receiver(250) receives a second CSIs quantized to the second quantization length from the received terminals. A data transmission unit(260) transmits data to the receiving terminals by using antennas based on the second CSIs.
