PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve the property change of a driving thin film transistor by reducing the heating amount and control luminous brightness of a pixel by controlling a driving current determined in the driving thin film transistor. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device is composed between a driving power source and a base power source. A switching thin film transistor receives a data voltage and switching-controlled by a scan signal, and outputs a data voltage. A driving thin film transistor(DR) supplies a driving current to the organic light emitting device by responding to the data voltage outputted from a switching thin film transistor. A temperature sensing thin film transistor(TE) controls a voltage leakage amount of a gate of the driving thin film transistor according ot the heating amount of the organic light emitting device.
