Provided with an umbrella wherein the inclination angle of the canopy and the turning angle are shifted according to the position of the sun under a state where the umbrella is latched or secured to a support for supporting the pole of the umbrella under upright state, the inclination angle and the turning angle can be locked at the shifted position, the pole can be telescoped, several kinds of fixtures are provided on the pole, and the umbrella can be used for various types of supports, can be used by two persons simultaneously such that both hands can be used in the intense heat of the azure sky or in the shade, and can also cope with rain. A coupling portion for adding an angle of inclination is provided on the pole of an umbrella, a mechanism for holding and locking the angle of inclination of the pole in multi-stages at the upper portion of a tubular body is provided in an outer tube coupling portion, a turning mechanism and a mechanism for locking the turning angle and the direction of joint is provided in the umbrella, and several kinds of fixtures for latching or securing the umbrella having a canopy, to which a sheet shielding light and heat combined with a waterproof sheet is stretched, to the support of pole are provided on the pole.
