PURPOSE: A photo sensor array using a controlled motion is provided to use a controlled motion and a variable filter to capture a high dynamic range image. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of photo pixel sites are arranged in an array. The array comprises a photo sensor(4) and a neutral density filter filtering the photo sensor. The neutral density filter has a value which is changed over the range of concentration. The sensor is moved linearly. The photo pixel site of array is exposed to the same amount of the light for an expose time. The image is captured in range of fixed exposure value.
