<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid optical information recording medium from which information is reproduced even with a driving device coping with an optical information recording medium of old standard having less information recording layers, and to improve recording capacity of an optical information recording medium coping with an old standard by adding a read only memory layer (ROM layer) thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium 200 is constructed by stacking a light transmitting layer 10, a first information recording layer 20, an intermediate layer 30, a second information recording layer 40, and a substrate 50 sequentially from the incident side of reproduction light, wherein the first information recording layer 20 only reads information, and the second information recording layer 40 is a layer including a region in which information is rewritten. Furthermore, in the construction of the first information recording layer 20, an interface between two mutually adjacent light transmitting resin layers forms a projecting and recessing shape corresponding to information to be recorded. Reflectance of the first information recording layer 20 at the wavelength of the reproduction light is >0.4% and ≤2.2%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
