<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, enabling the tip of a very fine wire-like electrode used for recording the neurergic potential or stimulating neurocyte to be easily delivered to a specified region of the nervous tissue. <P>SOLUTION: This wire-like electrode micromotion device 10 at least includes: at least one wire-like electrode 11; an inner sheath tube 12 and an outer sheath tube 13. The wire-like electrode 11 is fixed and disposed inside the inner sheath tube 12 so that a portion including the tip of the electrode 11 is projected from an opening 14 at one end of the inner sheath tube 12 to form an electrode projecting part 11'.
