<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle holding structure which can be disposed in a small space around a seat, improve a layout property, simplify a structure, and have excellent operability. <P>SOLUTION: The buckle holding structure 60 includes a storage recess 23 formed on a seat surface 21a of a seat cushion 21, and a buckle 36 stored in the storage recess 23. The buckle 36 is coupled to a vehicle body or a seat frame 71 through a webbing 61.
