<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant air conditioner using a regenerator of a heat source of 80°C or less, and supplying dry air of ultralow dew-point temperature indoors. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Processing zones of first to third desiccant rotors provided with first to third coolers are communicated in series, the outside air is sucked from a first cooler side, and processed in the processing zones of the second desiccant rotor and the third desiccant rotor to supply the supply air of ultralow dew-point to an indoor side, part of the processed air at a downstream of the processing zone of the second desiccant rotor is returned to an upstream side of the second cooler, the returned air from the indoor side is also returned to an upstream side of the third cooler, regenerating zones of the third to first desiccant rotors provided with the third to first coolers are communicated in series, each regenerator is heated at 80°C or less, part of the supply air is supplied to the regenerating zones of the third regenerator and the third desiccant rotor, and the regenerated air is made to successively pass to the regenerating zones of the second desiccant rotor and the first desiccant rotor, and discharged to the external.
