PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid holding thermoplastic resin hollow plate excelling in sealing property at the peripheral edge part while exhibiting sufficient strength, and a method of manufacturing the liquid holding thermoplastic resin hollow plate, and a liquid holding plate. SOLUTION: In the liquid holding thermoplastic resin hollow plate 10, facing protrusions 12 of a pair of thermoplastic resin sheet-like materials with the protrusions 12 of hollow frustum shape provided zigzag are stuck to each other to form a core material, and thermoplastic resin surface materials are heat-fused to both faces of the core material to form a thermoplastic rein plate. The whole peripheral edge part of the thermoplastic resin plate is provided with an inclined part 17 and a seal part 18 in sequence from the center toward the peripheral edge, and hollow parts 19 storing liquid such as water or a thermal storage agent are formed between the thermoplastic resin sheet-like materials and in the peripheral edge part.
