<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tape cutting blade having high safety and capable of cutting a tape in a substantially straight manner in the width direction at low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a tape cutter 1 for delivering and cutting a tape 2, a cutting blade 10 having a flat part 11 along the tape delivering direction and an end face 12 composed of an uneven saw-toothed surface adjacent thereto are fitted to a cutter 5 for cutting the tape. The end face of the cutting blade forms burrs in the moving direction of a band saw by cutting a metal plate with its plate surface extended along the tape delivering direction by the band saw.
