<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage bag for easily carrying out vacuum packing and cryopreservation which are representative techniques of long-term preservation in relation to perishables or cooked materials represented by foods because most of the preserving packs represented by the foods presently do not aim at vacuum preservation, and the preserving packs aiming at the vacuum packing mostly require large-sized machines for sucking air. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A double bag is formed, and water or air, etc., are introduced between an outer bag and inner bag, and pressurized to thereby keep the interior of the inner bag in a vacuum state. Cold storage can be carried out even after taking out of a refrigerator by carrying out freezing in such a state that the water etc., are introduced between the outer bag and inner bag.
