<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of assembling operation of a shaft to a body to support a movable part, in an attachment installed to a construction machine, while ensuring an extremely satisfactory finish state thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A shaft lever locking device includes an outer casing body 1, a shaft lever 3, a fixing nut member 4 having a major diameter internal thread part 42 and a locked part 43, a locking member 6, and an attachment tool 6 having a joining opening part 61, a locking part 63 and a mounting hole 62. The major diameter internal thread part 42 of the fixing nut member 4 is screwed and fixed to an external thread part 32 of the shaft lever 3, the locking member 5 is fixed to a shaft end surface 32a of the shaft lever 3 by a first fixing tool 71, the attachment tool 6 is fixed to the locking member 5 by welding while engaging locking the locking part 63 of the attachment tool 6 with the locked part 43 of the fixing nut member 4 and storing the locking member 5 in the joining opening part 62, and the attachment tool 6 is fixed to the fixing nut member 4 by a second fixing tool 72.
