<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an airbag having high airtightness with excellent productivity by eliminating a deviation between a sewing track and a sealing material track. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the airbag made by joining edge parts with each other of a plurality of panels to an adhesive sealing material by sewing includes a process for clipping the panels from foundation cloth, a process for arranging the adhesive sealing material in the vicinity of the edge parts of the clipped panels and simultaneously penetrating a hole for positioning, a process for overlapping the plurality of panels with each other, and a process for setting the panels to an automatic setting device by using the hole for positioning and sewing the surface of the adhesive sealing material or the outside vicinity.
