<p>An indicator device (10) comprises a forearm attachment element (12) for releasably covering inner and outer portions of a user's forearm, and a hand attachment element (16) for releasable attachment to a user's hand. The forearm attachment element (12) has at least one electrically operable light emitting device (14) on inner and outer forearm sides, and the hand attachment element (16) has a discrete self-contained switch (18) on a finger portion of the hand attachment element (16) operable by the user's thumb to control the light emitting device (14). Preferably, the device (10) is for a cyclist, the light emitting device (10) being adapted for indicating a direction of turning.</p> |
