<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter having no risk of producing bubbles in each region divided with a black matrix layer regardless of having the thick black matrix layer by a printing method, a photolithography or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the color filter makes a side end face 14 facing an upstream side of a printing direction into an inclined face of a horizontal muntin 5 intersected with the printing direction of a color filter layer 12 out of the black matrix layer 3, forms grooves 16 connecting the upstream side of the printing direction with the downstream side on the horizontal muntin 5, roughs the surface of the black matrix layer 3, or provides holes 18 or notches 19 in a region of the color filter layer 12 forming patterns and overlapped with the black matrix layer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
